Our company manufactured and supplied rigging equipment for Techno-Mark to facilitate the horizontal and synchronized movement of a vessel weighing up to 600 tons from the hull assembly shop to the installation and commissioning shop at the Sredne-Nevsky Shipbuilding Plant (SNSZ).

The horizontal movement of the vessel under construction took approximately 12 hours. The vessel was lifted and placed on slipway trolleys for its subsequent transportation to another workshop.

SNSZ employs a "conveyor" assembly system, where the ship is moved to a different workshop upon completion of a specific construction stage. The shipbuilding stages include: metal processing shop → hull assembly shop → galvanizing shop → installation and commissioning shop, followed by the final stage – testing.

As part of the complex task of moving and lifting the vessel, Russian-made rigging equipment was required. The Enerprom Mechanical Plant independently designs and manufactures modern SKAT skidding systems tailored to customer requirements, which are frequently used in complex rigging operations.

The SKAT skidding system is a modern equivalent of Western skidding systems such as Holmatro and Hydra-Slide. It is designed for the horizontal movement of large, heavy loads and large-block structures along sliding tracks during assembly and various rigging operations.
